PURPOSE

Epic is a non-profit organization that offers a range of services for young people and people with disabilities. Their mission is to inspire young people to achieve their potential and to make a positive difference to the communities in which they work.

CHALLENGES

Create a communication campaign for social media to raise awareness about the problem of peripheral youth in the UK

Develop an editable file for the communication officer use in the publications for their social medias

Growing engagement on the organization's social networks to improve the community management of EPIC

Translation of social report data into attractive publications for social networks

MAIN RESULTS

We reached 100% of the KPIs established at the beginning of the campaign.

The engagement rate grew 58% in Instagram & Facebook during the campaign months.

There was a 30% increase in the search for the organisation by the local community during the campaign.

Young people attending the program reported feeling closer to the organisation due to publications in social media.

The development of our website went far beyond what we expected. In addition to the visual and technical part, Beliz brought us a holistic view of how our organization should behave in front of associates, which was a great experience for the entire organization. Not to mention how wonderful our website is and how much we increase our income thanks to online payment systems. It was a pleasure to do this work.
